PP Cable Ties
Description
Our PP cable ties are manufactured from high-purity industrial-grade polypropylene material, optimized for harsh and complex working environments compared with conventional nylon cable ties.
Featuring ultra-low water absorption, the PP material barely absorbs moisture and will not expand, soften or deform in long-term humid, damp, even underwater scenarios. It maintains stable tensile strength and fastening performance continuously, perfectly adapting to wet workshops, marine environments, outdoor rainy conditions and other high-humidity application scenarios.
With outstanding chemical stability, these cable ties deliver excellent resistance to most dilute acids, alkalis, salts and common industrial organic solvents. They effectively resist chemical corrosion and erosion, avoiding aging, cracking and strength attenuation caused by chemical contact, which makes them an ideal fastening solution for chemical factories, pharmaceutical plants, laboratories and metallurgical industries.
In addition, PP cable ties come with reliable high-temperature resistance, aging resistance and lightweight properties. The low-density material enables floating on water surfaces for easy inspection and recycling. Halogen-free and fully recyclable, they meet international environmental standards. Simple to install and reusable in specific scenarios, our PP cable ties provide durable, cost-effective and safe bundling & fixing for cables, pipes, hoses and industrial accessories in various harsh environments.
